Information you give us
When you fill out an estimate or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, address, project details, and any message. We use it to respond to you, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a quote, and do the work. Form submissions are delivered to us by our form-processing provider and stored in our customer management system. If you tick the box agreeing to text messages, we keep a record of that consent.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical and usage information: pages visited, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived (for example, the campaign and click identifiers in the link you followed, such as utm_*, gclid, and fbclid). We save those link parameters, along with the first page you visited and the page that referred you, in your browser for up to 90 days and include them with any form you submit, so we know which ad or page led to your inquiry.
Analytics and advertising tools
We use the following third-party tools. Each may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser and receive information about your visit.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and enhanced conversions (Google LLC) tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads submits a form or calls. With enhanced conversions, the email address or phone number you submit is hashed (converted into a scrambled code) in your browser or on our server before it is sent to Google, which uses it only to match the conversion to a Google account.

How we share information
We do not sell your contact details or project information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as form processing, email, our customer management system, and hosting), with Google through the tools described above, and when required by law. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context advertising under some state laws.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. To ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, email info@buildwithcbhomes.com.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and customer records as long as needed to respond, do the work, and meet legal and tax obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
